Binary Alphabet: Complete A-Z Binary Code Chart
A binary alphabet is the English alphabet written as binary code. Each letter is one byte: 8 bits, a decimal value, and a character. Uppercase A is decimal 65 and 01000001. Lowercase a is decimal 97 and 01100001. They are not the same byte.
The charts below list A-Z, a-z, the digits 0-9, and common symbols. To decode a full word instead of one letter, use the binary to text page, or the binary translator to english.
Uppercase A-Z
Uppercase letters run from decimal 65 to 90. The binary values count up by one, so B is the next byte after A.
